Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 raw eggs
- 1 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons honey
- ¼ cup almond flour
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients together,
- Stir until combined and lumps of banana are smoothed out.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Grease a loaf pan with butter or nonstick cooking spray.
- Pour mixture into greased loaf pan spreading evenly.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until firm and golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from pan.
- Cut into slices and serve warm.
